Privacy:

Pacific Coast Filters will never sell, trade, or share your personal or business information with anyone. Customer data collected is used for the sole purpose of processing your order and providing product support.

Payment Methods Accepted:

Pacific Coast Filters accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. You can also checkout with PayPal or Amazon Payments.

Personal checks, money orders, and cashier checks are accepted in US Dollars only. Pacific Coast Filters reserves the right to hold personal checks for up to 10 days to ensure funds are available prior to shipping the order.


Shipping and Taxes:

Pacific Coast Filters ships within the United States and its territories only. Orders will normally ship from our Oregon warehouse within 1-2 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on size and weight. Large items may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival. Austin Air, Nordic Pure, and Brondell products may ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Continental US - Free shipping on orders over $69.  Flat Rate $5.99 shipping for orders under $69.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands - Flat Rate $50 shipping for orders over $75. Flat Rate $5.99 shipping for orders under $75.

Please contact Pacific Coast Filters immediately with any questions or changes to billing, shipping, or personal information. Freight charges for any refused, undelivered, or returned packages are the customer's responsibility. These freight charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund when the return is processed.

Pacific Coast Filters is not required to and does not collect any sales taxes
. The State of Oregon does not impose any type of general sales/use/transaction tax. However, many other states, including Washington, may still require a consumer use tax be paid by the buyer. We highly recommend contacting your state's department of revenue to determine your tax responsibility.

The following notice is required under the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i). Under Washington law, sales or use tax is due on certain purchases delivered or sourced to Washington. Washington law requires Washington purchasers to review untaxed purchases and, if any tax is owed, file a Washington use tax return and pay any tax due. 30-Day Return Policy and Procedures:

  • All products have a 30-Day, No Hassle Return period. A standard 15% restock fee will be applied.
  • After 30 days, all products will be covered under the manufacturer warranty.
  • Unless product is damaged/defective, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. A prepaid label will be provided and deducted from the refund.
  • Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all returned filters, bidets, and toilet seats must be in new condition, unopened and/or unused in any manner.
  • Refund, minus return label and 15% restock fee, will be issued within 2 days of receiving product back at our warehouse.
To return a product for a refund, contact Pacific Coast Filters within 30 days of purchase for a Return Authorization number, return shipping label and instructions. Products returned without a Return Authorization number will not be refunded. Return Authorization numbers expire 30 days after they are issued.

Please package return products with adequate shipping materials inside a secure shipping box. Products must be received in undamaged condition, with all original parts, accessories, and manuals included.
Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box and attached the provided return label. Once the product is received at the warehouse, a refund will be issued back to the original payment provider (credit card, PayPal account, or Amazon account).

Product Warranties / Limitation of Liability:

Pacific Coast Filters makes no guarantees or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning any products and its merchantability. The suitability of any product for any application is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Pacific Coast Filters is an authorized dealer for every item we carry. All products are covered by their respective original manufacturer's warranty. Some products have a limited warranty covering only workmanship and materials. Please contact Pacific Coast Filters for more information regarding product warranty.


Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions:

Acceptance of delivery of any of our products constitutes buyer's acceptance of all the terms of the policies and procedures contained on this website. These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
